Since Iv’e been at Dounans I have enjoyed the pole climb , archery and the hill walk. The tutors are really nice and fair .I am looking forward to doing the flying fox. Kris p7

This week the children working in the small group who were filmed were using the interactive whiteboard. They were learning to recognise the symbols for the numbers 1 to 5, and to place them in order.

Small group work filmed on 4th March was focussed on a story, using rhyme, and a context familiar to most children, food and mealtimes. The humour in the book clearly appealed to some of the children, who had learned some of the rhyme patterns, and joined in enthusiastically. The small group then developed the activity [...]
