World War II Project

The pupils of P6/7 are currently learning about World War II for their class project.

They have been researching information relating to WWII and they have displayed some of the facts that they have found out on their corridor notice board.

One of the facts that they discovered, was that everybody needed to carry ID cards during the war to identify themselves. The class had great fun making their own ID cards. They scrunched up pieces of paper, dabbed them with cold tea bags and added their own black and white photos. They all look very authentic!

In addition, they have also been looking at The Blitz and have produced wonderful chalk pictures depicting Blitz scenes around St. Paul’s Cathedral.
