P1/2 have had a VERY busy term so far!!
The new P1 children are settling in very well and are taking things in their stride.
They have been learning about their colours and have produced some wonderful colour wheels for us all to admire!
Learning about Noah’s Ark was great fun for the P1/2 children and they painted an ark which will come in useful to us all if the rain continues this winter, as it did in the summer!
The pupils enjoyed learning about their plants and sunflowers and had a great time in the school garden drawing pictures of the sunflower plants that they have grown from seed.
They also made some lovely butterfly pictures which are brightening up our corridor now that the days are starting to get colder and damper as Autumn is with us! The pupils also produced some fantastic red, yellow and orange Autumn collages.
All this and it’s still only September!!
