Hosanna Rock
The Christmas performances of Hosanna Rock were held in school on Wednesday 12th December and Thursday 13th December 2007.
All of the children from P1-P7 took part, and although there were a few nerves and tears before the performances everything ran smoothly and without any glitches on both days.
The children were fantastic and sang Hosanna Rock, Emmanuel, Glory to God, Nobody Wants to Know, You are my Brother and Little Baby to name just a few of the many songs. They also performed actions to these songs that they had come up with themselves!
At the end of both performances the audience participated in a sing-along to Jingle Bells and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. After this, refreshments were served and parents and relatives had the opportunity to buy christmas cards, chimes, bracelets, necklaces, candles and christmas decorations that the children had made themselves.
Support from parents, relatives and friends was great and we would like to thank everybody who came along to watch.
We hope that you have a very Merry Christmas and we wish you all a Happy New Year.
