Parent’s Nights Appointments
[ March 5, 2008; 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. March 6, 2008; 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. ] Our second parents’ nights of this academic session will take place on Wednesday 5th March 2008 from 6.00 - 8.00pm and Thursday 6th March 2008 from 4.00 - 6.00pm. All appointments are restricted to ten minutes each, therefore if parents/carers require more time to discuss a specific issue, we would ask that you make a further appointment.

P3/4 - Whitecraig Park Improvements
Earlier this year the pupils in P3/4 were asked by East Lothain Council Parks Department to complete a park survey on the play park in Whitecraig.

P6/7 - World War 2 Museum & Anderson Shelter
P6/7 have been set the challenge of creating their own WW2 museum.

Transport Inventions by P1/2

Colourful Cats by P3/4
The children of P3/4 recently enjoyed a bright art lesson with Mrs Gilbert.
During the lesson, the children painted some wonderful colourful cats which are now brightening up the corridors and the children’s cloakroom bays.
They started by painting the outline of the cats and then decorated them by adding stripes, dots and circles using metallic paints.

P1/2 enjoy a visit from Rosie at East Lothian Roots & Fruits
Rosie at East Lothian Roots & Fruits recently visited each of the classes in the school.

Birds and Caring for Wildlife - Nursery Class
The children from the Nursery Class have been very busy this week (commencing 18th February 2008) looking at Birds and Caring for Wildlife.

P1/2 Fun Maths Games Afternoon
P1/2 held their first Fun Maths Games Afternoon on 21st February 2008 and the whole class had a really fantastic time playing the maths games.
