Finger puppets
We designed a puppet, then cut out a pattern, sewed it together and added felt features.
After they were finished we talked about friendships and performed puppet shows to the class, which showed how to be a good friend in the playground. We really enjoyed watching the shows and playing with the puppets!
Mosaics
We used dried peas, lentils and pasta to create these mosaics. First we looked at Roman mosaics, they thought carefully about colour and pattern and so did we.
