The Sun, Moon and Stars February 29, 2008
Posted by kprudence in : Uncategorized , trackbackWe have been learning about the Sun, Moon and Stars. We learned that night and day happen when the Earth spins. We made spinners to show how this happens. We learned about star patterns in the sky and made star viewers. When we look through our viewers we can see the pattern made by the constellation of Orion. We learned about the Moon and kept diaries to show changes in the appearance of the Moon. Each night we can see a different amount of the bright side. We drew Moon charts. We gave a presentation to the whole school and told them all about our topic. We were fantastic!!
