All about P5 November 5, 2008
Posted by mswaney in : Primary 5 , 2commentsWelcome to Primary 5. Our teachers name is Miss Swaney and she is a good teacher. We have 25 children in our class. We are going to share with you what we are learning this term.
Our topic is the Rainforest. We wanted to find out about the animals that lived in the Rainforest, the fruits and plants that grow in the Rainforest, where the Rainforests are, how many trees are in the Rainforest, who lives in the Rainforest, where is the nearest Rainforest to Scotland, how do they build houses in the Rainforest, how do people survive in the Rainforest, what do people eat in the Rainforest and how big is the Rainforest. We have also started to find out more about the Oceans and Continents in the world.
We will be sharing with you what we find out about our questions as the weeks go on.
P5 have started to ski again. Some of us are working at the yellow line and some are working at the red line. The red line is further up the slope. We have to get a chair lift up to the red line. We are all enjoying our skiing and are impoving on what we did last year in P4.
