What Primary 4 have learned this week. September 7, 2008
Posted by Scott Lavery in : Primary 4 , trackbackHi I am Rachel I am going to tell you about what the class have learned. We talked about this in our closing circle on Friday. This is when we talk as a class about our learning and share this with the world using the website.
- Using pastels to make a water picture.
- Finding out about saving water here and around the world.
- Some of us have been finding out more about different types of angles. the others have been learning about numbers.
- We know what a function machine is and how to use this in maths.
- We looked at fiction and non fiction books and the differences between them (some of us were unsure of this before).
- We have been making leaflets about saving water and will be using these to help us plan a campaign in school. More to come on this.
- I was also chosen by the class for the Pupil Council with Jack for Primary 4.
See you all next week.

I am looking forward to hearing your campaign on saving water.
You have obviously had a very busy week - are you showing your paerents and carers the website at home?
How are you getting on using the homework diaries? You are using them to get you ready for using a diary at secondary school to record all the tasks you have to do at home and also to write in any important dates or information. I hope you find them useful.
