About this site
This site is all about sharing innovation and good practice using ICT in teaching in East Lothian. Microsoft are funding a project called the Innovative Teacher Programme, whereby 10 Scottish local authorities identify a secondee, who is tasked with supporting and sharing innovative practice in teaching,using ICT. The mechanism for doing this is the Virtual Classroom Tour, a standard template, based on a PowerPoint presentation.
There are 3 versions of this VCT template: Yellows are for recording quick ideas, greens are for lesson plans, and blues are for describing bigger projects, cross curricular work, or extended learning experiences.
