Winning Game: Update 3

Presentations to pupils to take place Monday 14-04-08 and Friday 18-04-08 (T.Watson).
First session of the game will take place following the presentation. Pupils will be expected to complete the tutorials during this session and (time permitting) try playing against fellow classmates.

Maths Training: Nintendo DS Up-date 2

Following a few sessions of the game Maths Training and a chat with Norma Macphesron, East Lothian’s Advisory Teacher of Mathematics.

Pros-

Flash Cards are excellent for learning to recognise number spatial patterns.
The Cells games are good for practising numeracy skills (especially tables).
