Bird Autopsy- Via GlowMeet!

As John Connell reported yesterday, an Autopsy was performed on a dead Fulmar bird by Dr Jan Andries Franeker, a senior scientist at the Institute for Marine Resources and Ecosystem studies in the Netherlands. It was broadcast via video (GlowMeet) on the Glow portal.

Glow Drop-in Sessions

 
The rollout of Glow is now well underway in East Lothian. We will be holding drop-in sessions at Prestonpans Education centre for staff. The first session will be this Monday (27th October) 4-5:30pm. The sessions will be run by David Gilmour and Elizabeth Cowan. I will be there after school.

International HHL Conference 2008

This week I, along with a number of colleagues, ventured down to London to represent Learning and Teaching Scotland at the International Handheld Learning Conference 2008 . It was held at the Barbican Brewery.
