It Has Been A While!

And I am back after a relaxing break.
Between two great holidays, plans for the Glow rollout, NQT Induction days and buying my all new (white) Eee PC I am not sure where to start. During the next few weeks I will share as many thoughts as possible.
Today David Gilmour and I ventured through to the LTS [...]

Islay: Beach Rugby 2008

During the weekend we ventured over to the Isle of Islay. We had been invited there by my friend and colleague Ian Stuart and his wife Caroline to watch the Annual Beach Rugby Competition -“Eat Sand”.

On The ‘Glow’ Again!

This week I attended a Glow Key Contacts meeting in Edinburgh. There are around four Key Contacts meetings held every year. Key contacts are the representatives nominated by each council. These meetings are designed so that authorities can get together, share and learn from each others experiences. Out of Scotland’s 32 authorities, 21 have now signed [...]

Some Thoughts For May.

I haven’t really written much in the last wee while. This is largely due to the projects I have been working on. I don’t really think that White Board installations, PC refreshes/upgrades and letter drafting etc are really that interesting to those not directly involved, so I have kept quiet. However the next few weeks [...]

Over the last few months Karen Robertson has been developing a Responsible Use Policy for East Lothian. This can now be found on our Edubuzz Wiki. As this is the first draft of this policy, we would very much welcome any feedback either via comment or email.
