Wordpress Tutorials.

The platform that supports EduBuzz is called Wordpress. On Friday I ran a session on ‘Online Publishing’ at the Musselburgh Grammar School Teachmeet. One particular set of resources that I directed staff towards was the Wordpress tutorials that Andrew Brown has developed. Although they are based upon a single user platform, the majority of the footage also applies to our EduBuzz Wordpress Multi-User Platform (WPMU).
There are eighteen screencasts in total. They last on average around ninety seconds. They are very easy to follow and I would recommend them to anyone who is new to using Wordpress (even if you have been using the platform for a while, there are a number of tips and hints that you will pick up!)

Andrew was an Education Support Officer for Argyll and Bute. Tomorrow he starts his new role as a Glow Development Officer for Learning Teaching Scotland. I would like to congratulate Andrew and I am very much looking forward to reading about the latest developments of the Glow portal via his website.
