Sustaining Dunbar Launches Tomorrow! April 29, 2008
Posted by Morag Haddow in : Events and activities , add a commentJust a reminder of the official launch of Sustaining Dunbar takes place tomorrow, Wednesday 30 April at 7.30pm in ‘Our Lady of the Waves’ church hall, which is the blue wooden building in Westgate, almost opposite the side road down to the leisure pool.
The programme for the evening is :
- Introduction
- Film - The Power of Community
- Explanation about how Sustaining Dunbar will be structured
- Information about the sub-groups, their existing activities and plans
- AGM (to set up the ‘co-ordination group’)

This will be introduced by an inspirational film, followed by an introduction to Sustaining Dunbar - why it was set it up, how it works and how people can get involved - before moving on to business such as the elections of Convenor, Secretary and Treasurer.
