Posted by Morag Haddow in : Uncategorized , trackbackNESTA (the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts) is running a Big Green Challenge with a £1 million prize fund. This prize is about encouraging change and innovation and they’re challenging communities to reduce their CO2 emissions by 60%. The ten finalists, once selected, will have a year to show that they can turn their ideas into action. The winner will be announced in late 2009.
There’s a chance to learn more in Edinburgh on Tuesday. Is Sustaining Dunbar up to the challenge?
