IRB 7s Rugby Festival
Congratulations to the Stoneyhill TAG team who were playing at Murrayfield last weekend. They had a great day with all the entertainment, playing in the Scottish Schools TAG tournament and even meeting the Scottish international players. They came joint 2nd and scored highly for Fair Play points! A fantastic result. Mrs Foley and Mrs Goodlet said that they were a credit to the school both in their behaviour and playing attitude. The team will write a further post next week with all the highlights but I just wanted to say a huge well done and thank you to all children and adults involved in making this day such a success.
The team have donated a new Gilbert rugby ball which has been signed by the 7s Scotland team to the P5 silent auction

Disappointed not to have seen the team play at Murrayfield but what a fantastic result! Well done all of you.

What a star team you all were last weekend, Stoneyhill Tag Team! You played 3 fantastic games and looked like you were having fun and making the most of your day at Murrayfield. Thanks to all of you for doing your school proud. Well Done! Don’t think you’ll forget that experience in a hurry.
