What a wonderful start to the week - a whole school aerobics session. It was great fun to participate and see everyone enjoying themselves. I have been lucky enough to see the nursery dancing, P3 and 4 skipping and some classes starting to ‘Jog Scotland’. Our Parent Council are doing a fantastic job with the healthy snacks. They have been showing us the amount of fat and sugar contained in what we eat. (Frightening when you see it piled on a plate).

Well done to everyone who tried new food and activities during health week.
I was a parent helper during the week and had great fun watching the activities and taking part.
Keep up all the good work.
You are all FAB!!

I too was a parent helper and thoroughly enjoyed being involved in the “buzz” of activities inside and witnessed some outside in the school grounds. It was great to see everyone taking part in good spirit! WELL DONE to EVERYONE!
