Sanderson’s Wynd P.S. Parent Council’s next meeting is scheduled for Thursday 29th May, 2008.  7 pm - 9 pm in the Computer Suite.  Members of the Parent Forum are welcome to attend.

Primary 1 and 2 pupils enjoyed learning football skills with Lesley Nicholson, our school Sports Coordinator.
   
Primary 1H buddied afterwards with 7T in computer and drew some fantastic pictures on KidPix of themselves participating in Mini-Kickers.
      
   

All classes have been involved in skipping activities this week, and it appears to be a very popular activity within all age groups. Mrs McKendrick, our P.E specialist, taught some classes some new and challenging skipping techniques which it is hoped they will teach others in the playground.
   

Nursery pupils and P1H, 1B, P1/2 and P2 classes enjoyed a fun session with Beth. One of the activities was crawling under a piece of stretchy material and making funny shapes through it with your head, hands, arms and legs.
