Sanderson’s Wynd Primary School

P5 participated in a Rugby festival today at Ross High Rugby club. It was a very successful event with a number of schools from the cluster participating and a lot of parents came to show their support.

All the three year olds that started at our nursery in January have settled well and have learned the routines. They have all made new friends and we are looking forward to the new intake after Easter.
 

I liked the ropes course especially the army style obstacle net. Cameron 7W

Every pupil at Sanderson’s Wynd Primary participated in the ‘Run a Mile’ for Sport Relief. Children in a P7 Maths set had the task of measuring the distance to be run around our football pitch, and calculated that a mile was almost 7 times around the perimeter of the field. The parent council challenged the pupils and staff at Sanderson’s Wynd to participate in an Easter ‘bunnet’ competition.
