highest common factors and factorizing
Published by Grant November 12th, 2006 in scribepostswhat is a highest common factor (h.c.f )? Well a highest common factor is a number that goes into two sets of numbers a single number of times. Example - 8 and 12 the highest common factor would be 4 because it goes into them an exact number of times. Factorizing is when u get a sum like 4x+12= well this is what u would do 4(x+3) because when u brake the brackets then you will get 4x+12
Good website Grant
The best websites for students are when there is some interactivity. I am impressed with this site and your choice. Good Job. Thanks for finding it. I will pass it on to a teacher at my school who is teaching this subject.
