Road 2 L - Road Safety Event 1st December 2009

Ross High Parent Council have organised, in conjunction with Lothian & Borders Police and Ross High School, a Road Safety Event, to be held at Ross High School on Tuesday 1st December 2009 at 7.00pm.

Learning to drive is one of life’s milestones. Driving brings freedom and independence and teenagers no longer need to rely on parents/carers for lifts!

Many parents want to help their children become safe and confident drivers, capable of handling any situation on our modern roads. Research shows that the best way to develop safe and competent drivers is through both professional driving tuition and private practice.

The presentation on 1st December is to both parents of pupils that are considering learning to drive, are currently learning to drive or have recently passed their test. The aim of this event is to help guide learner drivers and their parents in the process  of learning to drive and provide information on how parents can continue to provide support to their son/daughter after they have passed their test.

We look forward to seeing you at this event.
