Special Delivery

Published by Richard Wilson under Uncategorized

Well, after lots of delay and strain the baby at last decided to join us. He was born at 3 minutes to eleven pm on the 23rd of April and made his grannies day as that is her birthday too! Both him and mum were kept in hospital to make sure he didn’t have any problems as he was breech until that horrible external cephalic version sorted him out. Seemingly, babies who stay that way are prone to having a condition called ‘clicky hips’. Fortunately he doesn’t. I will discover today if I’m allowed them both back home. All seems to be well. He is blessed with looks other than mine!

After much discussion we have decided to call our new wee man Struan Wilson. All of the new kids in our street seem to have good Scottish names, they include Lachlan, Lewis, Harris, Struan,Magnus and Monsie. Thanks to all who have sent their best wishes
