Monster descriptions part II

Athelstaneford Primary 1 & 2 have written out some descriptions of their monsters for others to draw.

Callum:

My monster has a square head and the head is yellow. My body is a blue triangle. My monster has 6 circle wheels. My monster has sharp teeth. My monster has a triangle nose. My monster has 2 square eyes with a triangle inside each. My monster has blue wings.

Rachel:

My monster has a rectangle head and its head is yellow with square eyes and a heart nose that is light blue and lots of spikes round her head that are purple. She has a top that is multi coloured and pink and orange legs and light blue square feet.

Anna:

My monster has a square head and is pink with 21 green spikes. The monster has love heart eyes and a lilac star nose. The mouth is a smile with blue teeth. The ears are half love hearts. The neck is pink.

Aaron:

My monster has a circle head and he has 5 eyes on his tummy. He has 2 purple legs. He has wings like butterfly wings. He has an orange head.

Alasdair:

My monster has a big circle head with horns. The head is pink and the tummy is a square that is blue. On the tummy it has a yellow cloak. On the tummy there are 5 spots and on the tummy there is a big green eye and three eyes on the head. The eyes are black and pink and the nose is a triangle and the colour of the nose is orange and it has sharp teeth.

Toby:

My monster has a circle head. The head is orange and brown. It has a cuboid body, the body is silver and it has a cape on his body. His hands are circles and his arms are rectangles and his legs are rectangles. On his face his mouth has zigzag teeth and under his teeth are fangs and he has circle eyes and his hair is black.

Jasmine:

My monster has got a yellow triangle body and a purple triangle head and a blue zigzag neck and 2 wheels to help him walk. He has 2 long blue arms. His are yellow.

Mackenzie:

My monster has a square head. It is green. It has a blue and white hat. It has 2 orange rectangles and circles coming out of his head. He has a grey square and 3 eyes on the body. It has 2 black feet.

Frazer:

My monster has a medium size head which is orange. The body has red armour which protects the body. The 2 horns are pink. He has green legs and yellow feet.

Jo: My monster has an orange triangle and on the triangle are circle blue spots and black spikes. The triangle is the face. The body is a purple egg shape. It has 8 triangle eyes on the tummy. It has yellow spots on his egg tummy and it has spikey green wings.

Heather:

My monster is a spikey, multi- coloured egg shape head and spikey nails and it has a red hat and red spots on his face and it has a pink and green face.

Maya:

My monster has a blue square head and a blue egg shape body and it has long rectangles inside and it has a long green tail. It has a blue cape and it is holding a bat and a spider.

Toni:

My monster has a yellow circle face and 2 red eyes. He has 2 purple arms and 5 green fingers. He has 2 long pink ears and 2 thin legs with pink shoes. He has a blue zigzag neck.

Monster Project!

Stenton Primary 1,2 and 3 are taking part in a collaborative project with Athelstanford P1 and 2.

The children in both classes have drawn monsters, and then recorded their own audio descriptions of their monsters.

Once the descriptions have been uploaded to this blog, they will listen to them and draw a monster described by someone in the other school by listening to it’s description.

When everyone has had a go, the original pictures and the new pictures will be scanned and uploaded beside their descriptions.

Next on the agenda (time permitting!) will be a collaborative writing task about our monsters!
