New Build Update September 24, 2008

The building work currently going on at school is progressing well.The P.E hall is ahead of schedule and is now due to be completed in November instead of December.You can see from the photographs that the hall is huge.The children will have so much space for games. The new extension houses Primary 6 and Mrs Scott(DHT).The classrooms are bright and airy.We are also very lucky to have new Interactive Whiteboards in these classrooms which are of great benefit to the children’s learning. The main office and entrance look fantastic and create a very welcoming atmosphere to school. The P7 classrooms have also been refurbished and look great. They also have Interactive Whiteboards.

I wish I was at the school when they had Interactive Whiteboards. It is such a privilege for you guys to have it. I have saw the gym hall from the outside vaguely and it looks massive and new. Hoping the building work isn’t too noisy that it disturbs your working and teaching. Anyway, thanks for the update

I wish I was held back now.. Primary looks ace! I dont even reconise the school I went to a year ago.
Me too Ross. There will be so much room to run about and play games! I wonder who we could ask to officially open it? Can you think of anyone?
How about a famous Scottish person, John Barrowman(in Doctor Who)… No to big… David Tennant… Still to big…em…how about Mrs Brydon and Mrs Wilson who used to be in the school. Hey even throw in Mrs Durcatch! Lol
