Unfortunately Portobello turned up a little late with only 10 men. It was decided that PL S1 & S2 would play one another. The S2s out-muscled but not necessarily out-paced the S1s to a 26-10 win but the S1s played extremely well.
The 10 aside game against Portobello was a fast paced affair with PL keeping their early lead and going into half-time 19-5 up. Portobello came out strong in the second half and pulled the score back to 19-10. PL renewed the pressure scoring another 2 tries and keeping Portobello pegged back. The final score was 31-10 a well deserved victory for PL S2s. It was also nice to see some keen competition between the PL backs chasing for tries.
