Westhill Academy 5-54 Preston Lodge

This was the best game of the season so far for the U-15 PL boys. The team did everything right and everyone was working hard throughout the game. The game started off great with PL receiving the kick then played a couple of great phases of rugby and were rewarded with a try. After the restart PL played well again but one of the Westhill players broke through the defence, ran the length of the park and scored. For the rest of the first half most of the game was played in Westhill’s half. At the end of the first half the score was 32-5 to PL. Second half started off well, with Pl scoring a few tries. For about 10minutes the game was played in the middle of the park. One of their players made a break but an important tackle from Neale Gray saved a try. The ball was then shipped out wide quickly and the ball was kicked up the park. Again, PL were playing great rugby with everyone putting in good tackles and working hard in rucks and mauls. With players working hard for the teams their was only going to be one winner on the day.

Also a mention for the players who behaved excellent on the day.

Man of the Match- Raymond Mackie

Most Improved Player- Cameron Donaldson

Best Try- Neale Gray
