Preston Lodge were yet again looking forward to the match after an impressive start to the season. Preston Lodge started the game quick and scored early in a physical and intense match. The try came from a drive of a lineout, with Jamie charging through the defence to score a try. The Preston Lodge team kept pushing for another score and it came from a scrum, with Cammy running through a hole made by the opposing scrum-half to score in the corner, which was followed by Grant Barber converting. Dougie Horne then popped up with a score to put Preston Lodge in a comfortable position.
Royal High scored the first try in the second half but Preston Lodge scored and excellent try in the second half and was followed yp by a try from a scrum with Fraser getting the ball on the blindisde to run in and score in the corner.
Although the result does not show it, it was a tough match but all the boys played well.
