Both Spanish classes went cooking in Home Economics with Mrs Hunter’s help. Beforehand they found out about Spanish Tapas.

Writing is assessed by means of a folio, consisting of 3 pieces of work produced in the course of S3 and S4. This work may be drafted and redrafted, although the final pieces must be produced under test conditions. This folio is then marked by the SQA,

Our Spanish classes have been very busy, writing short posts in Spanish telling people what there is to do in Prestonpans and in East Lothian as part of Preston Lodge High School cross-curricular project “On Our Doorstep”.
