We went out on our Friday walk and took this picture for our ‘Photo a Day’ project. We take five pictures each day, then choose the best one for the project. Every Friday we post the 5 pictures. Welcome to Exc-el! I really enjoyed this photo. I like the way the photographer has got close enough for the horse to be big in the frame, but far enough away that you can see how big it is compared to the children. It’s a good composition, too. The line of the top wire of the fence leads your eye in towards the children’s faces. The slight haziness of the background trees gives it almost a 3-D effect, too, with the subjects standing out clearly. Well done!
