A Fair Assembly
P5 were holding an assembly and cafe on the 23rd May about fairtrade. Parents came to the assembly and cafe and the schools neighbours from the Glebe were invited to the cafe as well. We were able to inform the audience about what Fairtrade was, and how it helps unfortunate farmers in poorer countries. During the cafe afterwards the blogging team took some photos and interviewed some of the audience to see what they thought of the morning. The photos and comments are below.

The assembly was very well presented with everyone looking very professional. (Mrs Gidney)

I liked the part we showed who got all the money for a chocolate bar. (Mrs Gilhooley)
The cafe was lovely with really tasty biscuits, cakes and coffee and the craft stall sold lots of beautiful things. (Mrs Starsmeare)

it was so fun and now i now more about FAIRTRADE.
(I am not aloud on the pc after 8:00 but my sister is)
