Burns Celebration
In honour of Rabbie Burns, the children in Nursery helped to prepare a traditional meal of haggis, neeps and tatties to be enjoyed at snack time.
In keeping with this theme we also joined in with some traditonal Scots rhymes about the weather and a scary creature called a horny golloch! The perfect introduction to this week’s theme…Minibeasts!
The children were also pleased that their climbing frame is back in action, the bark having been replenished at the beginning of the week. Let’s hope for an improvement in the weather so the children can fully enjoy the benefit!
