P6 Christmas Webquest

Primary 3 Wind Chimes

Today we made a windchime. We made it out of keys, coins, wool , pipecleaners and metal objects.  We put a dreamcatcher on the windchime and when we clanked the metal objects together it made a tinging sound. Christmas feast

All the children at Pencaitland enjoyed their Christmas lunch this week. Thanks to Primary 7 who organised all the classes and the dining staff for producing such an excellent meal.

The Snow Child

Our Wind Chimes

Making a Christmas card

Today we designed Christmas cards on kid pix.There were all sorts card designs such as puddings,trees,snowmen and santas oh! dont forget stars! We used paint, lines, pencil, letters and circles. Getting ready for Christmas

St Andrew’s Day

 We have been celebrating St Andrew’s Day. We made shortbread and dressed up in tartan, kilts and dresses.

Primary 4 have been learning about the body

This week we found out that at the bottom of our stomach we have got a muscle that goes up and down when we breathe. The muscle is called the diaphram. We have got a windpipe that goes down through our throat. The windpipe carries air to our lungs.
