School walk along the railway

On Friday 20th the school went a walk down the railway. We went in our houses. Cockburn started first then Wishart then Moffat. The big ones had to look after the little children. The walk was long but it was fun.
We were allowed to order a pedometer if we wanted one( they were cool).
Doing this walk kept us fit and it was fun.

Everyone enjoyed it.

Primary 7.

Many thanks to Kaitlyn for this report. We were blessed by a beautiful morning - not too hot or cold
and great to see so many parents;grandparents; aunties and uncles.
Some of the P4’s looked for the memory boards set up on the route which they had learned about
through the drama session with Marjory Sweeney in school.

Well done everyone. I had fun walking with Moffat and it was good to see all the houses decorated for the gala day.
It was interesting to look at the pedometers at the end of the walk. The little legs took lots more steps than the big ones!
