Wildlife Garden
Primary 3 have just had a busy afternoon creating a Wildlife Garden. Mr Richard English, the Countryside Ranger, Mrs McLeod and Mrs Greenwood were all a fantastic help. The children dug holes to put stepping stones in, planted seedlings and scattered wildflower seeds. The Wildlife Garden is beside Sharon, the lollipop lady’s seat!

This looks super P3. I’m sure Sharon will love looking at it when she is waiting on you all to cross the road. I wonder how they will look when they begin to grow.

This was great fun, I really enjoyed getting all mucky! Richard the Ranger came to school today and gave me some wild flowers that he thought we might like for the garden so I will be looking for helpers to plant these tomorrow!

My Mum also had great fun helping us too but the ground was very hard and dry. So we decided to bring round our watering can to give the plants a drink. Without water they will die and it has not rained since we planted them so they were very thirsty !
