P4 Assembly
At the end of the class assembly today, Primary Four surveyed all the adults and pupils on whether they thought it was fair to keep wild animals like the giant panda in zoos?

Primary Seven African Art
African art was great , we had a man called Andrew.
He put us in groups of six then we got two big bits of paper.

Wildlife Garden
Primary 3 have just had a busy afternoon creating a Wildlife Garden. Mr Richard English, the Countryside Ranger, Mrs McLeod and Mrs Greenwood were all a fantastic help. The children dug holes to put stepping stones in, planted seedlings and scattered wildflower seeds. The Wildlife Garden is beside Sharon, the lollipop lady’s seat!

Cross Country Team
On Thursday 1st May, the East Lothian cross country competition took place at Hallhill, Dunbar. Ormiston had a strong team and we all made it through the very muddy course, finishing 2nd overall in the small schools’ races.
