Primary 1 Story Writing

Primary 1 Smoothies

Health week has been a great success in school. The school took part in lots of activities and Miss Howat will tell us more.
Elspeth and Rachel in primary one designed these Smoothies for us. They look yummy!

P1 Visit From Nurse

[ February 27, 2008; 9:00 am to 11:00 am. ] Next Wednesday Primary One’s have a visit from the Nurse.

MSP To Visit Primary Seven

[ February 25, 2008; 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. ] Next week the school is having a visit from MSP Iain Gray. The class is currently researching current affairs and the Scottish Parliament. They hope to ask Mr Gray questions about his job and what it’s like being a member of parliament.
A report from pupils will follow soon.

Indoor bowling

[ March 5, 2008; March 6, 2008; 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. ] Primary 6 and 7 pupils are having experience of indoor bowling. A team will then be picked to represent the school at Meadowmill. Watch this space!

P7 Basketball Team

This week saw our Primary Seven Pupils take part in the annual basketball tournament at Meadowmill Sports Centre. Our team, in the photo, did us really proud by reaching the final. P1- 3 VEGINVASION

Primary 1, Primary 2 and Primary 3 will be tasting 16 different vegeatables this week as part of a East Lothian wide project. We hope the children will try out all the vegetables, learn their names then decide on their favourite. All 3 classes will be getting together to talk about which vegetables they enjoyed [...]
