Well done Primary 2. What types of problems were you trying to solve? What strategies did you use to find the answers?

Pupils have to match pictures of clown fces printed on cards with similar pictures on their own A4 boards. They have to describe the faces carefully and listen carefully to others descriptions. Social constructionabilities are developed throughout this activity but children were encouraged to look at the child talking wait until that child had finished talking and to give clear information in a voice that each member of the group can hear.

This sounds like a really useful activity. Developing talking and listening skills is key to learning.
