If it is then its absolutely shocking. School support staff seem to be getting downgraded all over the country. One of the problems I think is that thre is no account taken of the unique environment we work in.
The councils want us all to be generic logal government employees. It just doesnt add up in schools. Hopefully more will vote for with their feet.
