Quelle excitation! We have had lots of French visitors with us recently. The P5s at Law have a class link with a school in Nanteuil. They really enjoyed their visit from them and Aberlady Primary had French visitors as well! On a fait un quiz ensemble, on a dansé et on s’est bien amusés!
Tu tires ou tu pointes? May 10, 2008

On s’entraîne! C’est les tournois de pétanque! M. Curt has been teaching us all about “la pétanque”. We know that “le cochonnet” is the jack et ”le chiffon” is the cloth to clean ”les boules”. In France if you win a competition - on gagne le saucisson! Who remembers what “tu tires ou tu pointes?” means?
Voici quelques photos prises à Gullane.
