Our Dreams Poem
A dream is like a picture in your head ,
You dream a dream when your lying in your bed .
Dreams are moving and they touch you inside,
Not dark and gloomey like when your outside .
A dream is a fairy fluttering in the sky ,
Dreams are wings taking you into another world .
Dreams are magic
so believe in them!
My Feathered Pillow,
My feathered pillow,
Soft as clouds,
My feathered pillow
A white swan, proud.
My feathered pillow,
Rests as quite as a mouse,
My feathered pillow,
The heart of my house.
My feathered pillow,
Stars for your eye,
My feathered pillow,
Witches cats passing by.
The dream catchers full,
Stars disappear,
Your eyes open wide,
Your pillows away for the year.
Dreams
Dreams are as magic as fairies.
They fly through your mind in the middle of the night.
Some are beautiful some are not.
They make you laugh they make you cry,
they act as flowers growing or building up in your mind.
What is a dream without a story ?
Who decides?
Nightmares are bad and set of your imagination.
When you wake-up you think wow that was a good dream and then nag your mum or dad.
Filling them up with morals and happiness.

NIGHTMARES AND NICE DREAMS
Dreams are thinking stars in the sky.
Rivalled with nightmares that are big scary monsters.
Every dream is special.
A dream is like a fairy all magical inside.
Magic dreams rule!.
Some dreams are like giants big, scary and in your thoughts.
A Man From Peru
There was once a man from Peru
Who dreamed of eating a shoe in the zoo
His dream came true
when he ate his shoe in the zoo
The shoe was as small as my totty finger
And was as wide as a jumbo jet
His dream was like an angry horrible lion
And as long as a sizzling snake
A dream is a cinema in your head.
it can be as scary as a murderer
or as kind as a dolphin.
A dream is also as action packed as a war.
you can’t choose your dreams
but if you could
it would be as great as a King at the top of his castle.

A dream is like a lovely picture in the air, as magical as a fairy.
A nightmare is a scary vampire coming to get you on a moon light night.
Dreams can also be happy as fluffy bunny hopping around the meadow.
A nightmare is as scary as a werewolf on a moonlight night.

Dream must go on!
Dreams are like movies in your mind,
Like pictures in your head,
Like magic memories passing by.
Nightmares are monsters unleashed from the cage,
Lava flowing from deep in the earth,
The hungry seas enveloping the land
Dragons breaths fire around the scary castle
Roads crack when dragons run
Eggs brake ate easter time
A tall pink castle with roses in the garden
Mountain burst when lava erupts
Swans fly around the froozen lake
These are want dreams are
Dreams!
Dreams are like fairies fluttering through your mind ,
You can go any where in your dreams,
Flying through the air touching stars as you go,
Dreams are like dolphins diving in your mind,
You can almost feel the fluffy feathers in your hand

Dreams are crazy shooting stars
Rivalled by nightmares that have big scary blue monsters
Even in day time there bright, colourful and happy
And dreams can be like fantasy
Mirrored and murky

Hi P7D, what fab poems!! We had great fun reading them and we were really amazed at all the descriptions and comparisons you used. We used your poems as models to inspire our writing and this afternoon we worked in groups to produce our own poems on Dreams.
We will post them tomorrow. Well done and thanks!

Hey! I think Holly and Imogen’s poem was really good and so was Lucy’s and Eilidh’s. Because it puts a really nice image in your mind and you can tell straight away that is about a dream.
See ya! Anya .x.x
Hi, i really like Eilidh and lucy’s poem because i thought that they had used some words really well and they’ve also described things very well so it creates a good idea and picture of what they’re meaning in the poem in your head. I also quite liked Finn’s because it rymed well and was humurus.
Great poem Katie (and the rest of P7),
All of you use imagery really well. Keep up the good work.
