Homework Timeline September 3, 2007

Due to all the health week activities in place this week, maths homework is suspended. however health homework tasks will be coming home.
In addition the first personal research task on volcanoes and earthquakes was handed out on Friday 31.8.07 and the dealine for submitting the final booklet is Friday 14.9.07. Success criteria have been handed to all the children and we have discussed at great length what is required. We have also shown pupils what a successful piece of work looks like. Good Luck with the task and remember to hand it in on time!

For my project I did the North Berwick Law when it was a volcano and it was good to find out what the Law was like millions of years ago. For my earthquake I did the Pompeii earthquake and how the earthquake made Vesuvius erupt. I used google Berwick Law,google eartthquakes for kids.
It is almost parents night and we are getting all ready for the big surprises, so get ready!
