Well Halloween has arrived once more and primary 5 have been making up recipes for spells including lots of slimey ingredients. Here they are. Have a read and tell us what you think of them!

I really enjoyed Rosie’s poem.It’s spooky. It gets you in the mood for halloween

I like Alice’s spooky spell the best because it’s very interesting,and she used interesting words that some other people did not.Also everyone would like their dream come true so it was a good idea to make a spell up.
All the poems are amazing, there fantastic.
I love these spells because they have loads of creepy smelly ingredients. If I had a chance to get a spell i would probably choose me to meet David Beckam.
I liked the spooky spells becouse they had lots of scary ingredients to them. If any of those spells worked then I would like the one to turn your sisters into hamsters. if they’re over four teen that would be good.
I think the spell that mixes the animals is very good .It is a good list of animals and is funny and spooky.

My favourite spell was Rosie C’s because I would love for my wardrobe to turn into chocolate land. (I would eat it all the time!)
I really think that Rosies and Alices is very good and I think I am going to try them out at home with my brother. Iam going to get a cauldren and a wiches costume and a wand too get me in the mood.They were very scary.

My report on Alisons and Rosie Gs poem.
I think that Alisons is one of the best poems because it is sort of a 2 in 1 poem, because it makes you turn into a ghost and make you dreams come true. I think i am going to try it at home with my witches costume on so I can get in the mood as a witch. I liked Rosie Gs as well because it teaches you how to rise from the dead so it is very scary and freaky aswell i would like to try it at my house with my witches costume on.
I like Rorys because it has a lot of weird words like gibbole,gobble and it has a lot of things to put in it and you’ll be rich money,money,money.
I like Lauren’s poem because I like the way she has made it rhyme.
I like the idea of making an animal mixture.
I like the word that she put at the end.
