French Visit! May 28, 2008
Posted by Law Middle in : P5 , trackbackOn Tuesday a class called CM2B came to Law Primary for a visit. They came from Montreuil near Paris. They came at 10 o’clock in the morning and stayed until after lunch. They had a Scottish assembly for the French visitors and Monsieur Guen Court. There were Scottish songs, highland dancing and bagpipes with a drum aswell. The songs we all sang were Bonnie Wee Jeannie McColl, Auld Lang Syne, and Welcome. The songs the dancers danced to were the Highland Fling, and The Sword Dance. Micheal Bell and Finlay Graham were playing the bagpipes and the drums. We all enjoyed it when the French visitors came to visit us.
