Law 24!

Primary 3 will hold an important event this week by having a mini fair as part of their enterprise project. They will telling us all about it by posting comments here.

Last Wednesday P2C and P6C enjoyed an afternoon of making ice cream sundaes. Both classes have been writing instructions on how to make these delicious desserts. Mrs Barbour and Mrs Brown provided the ingredients and let the children go with the flow!
               

The P6 Group 1 enjoyed a coastal walk followed by problem solving and orienteering. Everyone had a great day and worked well (most of the time!) in teams. Happy Birthday Eliza and Bruce! Below are some snapshots of our day.
   

Today Group 3 had a splash at the Lagoon in Mussleburgh! They had an energetic day enjoying the sailing, kayaking, raft building and games. Lets hope that all of the children are nice and dry for the walking tomorrow.
        

Day 2 and group 2 experienced a day of crazy rhythms and loud drumming with instructor Dan Duggan. In the morning we used african drums and in the afternoon we went outside to learn and perform exciting and fun samba music routines.

On Friday 15th June, French culture came to the Middle Area. The P5s have been studying France this term and as a lovely end to the topic the children invited their parents along to enjoy some croissants, pain au chocolat, baguettes with cheese There was even coffee and chocolat chaud!
