Law Primary Says Hi

Law primary welcomed some new pupils on the 2nd of June. The nursery children came to visit their P1 teachers and have a look round their new classroms and the school. They wandered around the school with very wide eyes and had fun playing in the P1 playground and their classrooms. We hope they all enjoyed their visit and we are looking forward to seeing them in the school next year.

It is for adults in the High School cluster area only.

Contact the High School office to book a place.

Places will be limited.

Painting pride.

Iona Ross’s dad works at Greens and Blues on North Berwick high Street and has kindly donated a beautiful painting to the school. The artist is a German man named Peter Joly. Peter Joly works in Holland but his paintings can be found allover Europe and the United States but Greens and Blues is currently the only place in Scotland where you can get hold of his art. It is being raffled for £1 a ticket and it retails at Galleries from £700 to £900 and is called The Poppy Meadow. To get hold of a ticket for this 1m by 1m astounding piece of artwork a letter is going out to parents and all you have to do is return the slip to Law Primary School.   By Finlay and Fergus
