Firstly, we would like to say a huge thank you to Jill Yates for all the hard work she put in over the last couple of years. Jill, your efforts are greatly appreciated! We’re now coming to realise how much work you did! The new team consists of Freya Lawrie and Helen Lane.
We have enjoyed a wee boost in numbers since the last newsletter, after losing a few regular faces to nursery. Welcome to Pippa from Temple, Oliver from Tynehead, Hamish and Donald from Costerton, Olivia from Ormiston Mains and Ashley from Humbie.
We also had a Birthday rush recently! Pippa and her cousin Hamish were 2 in December, Oliver and Donald were 2 in February and Baby Forbes is growing up fast, having celebrated his first birthday in February!
Playgroup will continue to run through the summer holidays, so if there are any local pre-school children who would like a morning having fun with a few playmates or Mummies who are desperate for a coffee and a few adults to chat to, grab your coate & head along to the village hall on a Wednesday morning from 9:15 am. Weather permitting, we will be getting out to the partk for some outdoor play too.
