The ever-popular East Lothian Food & Drink Festival will again be celebrating the county’s fine food and drink traditions with an exciting and varied programme of events from 26-28 September.
The Festival is an East Lothian Council initiative, run in association with local hotels and restaurants, food producers and visitor attractions.

The Humbie Box Office kicks off its 2008-09 season with HAPPY-GO-LUCKY

I’m really looking forward to this film!
Q: Which movie critics/online movie review sites are your favourites? My own view is that it’s hard to find someone I can consistently rely upon - the American critics feel so implicated in the Hollywood production machine… I tend to use Rotten Tomatoes for a survey-type round-up of reviews… Through that site, I’ve stumbled across some ’sleepers’ which I’ve enjoyed enormously - for e.g. ‘V for Vendetta’ which - ok, ok, going out on a limb here! lol - I loved.
BTW: Rotten Tomatoes gives Mike Leigh’s Happy-Go-Lucky an incredible, almost unheard of 95% Fresh rating!
