Calling all grown ups:
Is anyone interested in developing the community information page on the blog? Free cuppa and chocolate biscuits included in training session!
Once we have done this, P4-7 are planning an official launch of the Humbie Blog. Showing the whole community how they can use it.

Humbie School is doing a topic on space. We have just built a space ship in our class room.
Here is Orla trying to make a breathing system for space exploration:
We’re learning about space and rockets.We have now called our space ship the humbie star ship.We learnt a lot about planets in our solar system. We have found out that the solar sytem can also be called the sun system…to be contined.

Thank you all for you Christmas wishes. The class is working away and looking forward to their swimming lessons and going to another Head Teachers Conference.

We have a new teacher in Humbie called Mrs Daly and she is in P4-7 class. She lives in Cockenzie at the sea so she can go for lots of walks on the beach! She is very nice and kind, she has lots of ideas. Were very sad to loose Mrs Stratton. Mrs Stratton will be back at Easter. We have two new pupils in the school they are called Kieron and Alishah and they are realy nice. Alishah is 6 and she is in p2 and Kieron is 8 and he is in p4.
