Primary 1 - 3 were very fortunate today to have an important workshop informing the children about elements of electical safety.  The children had the following comments -

‘I enjoyed meeting Sparky and learning loads about electricity’ - Josh

‘I liked the bit where the lady told us about not putting metal and water near plugs because it is dangerous’ - Elise

‘I learnt not to touch switches with wet hands’ - Samuel

‘If plugs or wires are damaged you can’t fix them so you have to bin them’- Megan

we enjoyed learning about electricity. We also learned about not touching electricity with wet hands. You should also be safe with electricity. The teacher that was telling us about electricity had a funny name. It was Ginger.
